This beautiful chatoyant Pietersite shows off flashes of red and gold and is wrapped in gold filled wire. The pear shaped pendant measures 1.75" long and has a rabbit ear bail large enough to accommodate a wide chain or omega.
Pietersite is a stone of Insight, intuition and self transformation.
The best specimens are found in South Africa. has a hardness of 7 and comes in colors of brown, blue, gold, gray, blue gray, black and a mixture of these.
